Our History

In 1992 Peregrine Management Corporation was formed as a consulting company with the charter of helping radiology facilities implement radiology services through the acquisition of facilities and equipment. In 1994, we realized the need for improved provider data for our customers. After completing contracts in California we shifted the charter of Peregrine to improving the quality of Health Care Provider Data in Colorado.  We quickly learned that the rapidly changing community prevented us from attaining the levels of precision that we felt were needed. In 1993 we developed a process that used volatility (rate of change) as a way to combat itself. As a result, we were able to deliver highly accurate data sets to our users.

• Established as a Colorado Corporation in 1992.
• Released our first data base of Colorado Physicians in May of 1994.
• Released extended Colorado data sets in January of 1998.

15 Years after our formation as a Corporation, Peregrine Management is taking the volatility process and our products to new Health Care Regions and implementing the tools that they need to accurately reflect the provider community and its participants.
